From arrival to departure, the front desk staff delivered excellent service with professionalism and courtesy. The check-in process was quick and well organized. The room was exceptionally clean, and room service was prompt and reliable. Overall, every service provided met a high standard.

Nothing but good things to say, easy/friendly check in, clean room/bathroom, comfy beds, quiet room, and decent breakfast. Staff kept lobby/breakfast area clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: Location- close to Walmart, restraunts and much more. Nice Gym Comfortable bed Coffee Cons: Noise- Walls are thin. I could hear my neighbor sneeze, talk, roll the blinds, tv etc., doors shutting all night long. Cleanliness- Rooms are not cleaned well. Walls are full of marks, floor was dirty, hair in the bathroom, bathroom sink hole had mold, moved a bench and there were wrappers and crumbs, there was even hotel cups on the top of the blinds in the room?! Air conditioner had hair blowing out of the grates so I pulled them out and they were FULL of dust (see picture). Food: Average/typical breakfast selection however, I only had the grab and go items and they were not fresh at all. Muffins were so dry I couldn't even eat them. With all that being said, the pros did outweigh the cons, and it was a nice place to stay just room for improvement.

I had a fantastic experience at the Avid Hotel in Hays. The property is modern, clean, and extremely well-maintained. The rooms are bright, spacious, and designed with comfort in mind — everything from the beds to the lighting felt thoughtfully done. The staff was genuinely welcoming and went out of their way to make sure the stay was smooth. Check-in was quick, and any questions I had were answered with a smile. I also loved the convenient location and the overall quiet, relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day of travel. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Hays. A really great experience from start to finish!

We really liked this hotel for a basic stay. It was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. The Valentines Day Decorations were cute and the breakfast attendant was very nice and hardworking. The rooms were small but we didn’t mind. My only real complaint is the thickness of the walls. We could hear people walking upstairs. We had to keep the fan on to drown out the footsteps.

Stopped by here during a road trip. The hotel is nice and mordern. The room has some smell. But otherwise everything is all good. Coffee for 24 hr. Food is okay but it is what you expected in US. Service is great. Wifi is fast if you connect to ihg studio. You have to somehow ask the front desk for password though.

Hands down the cleanest, quietest, most comfortable, best aesthetics, most courtesy star from the front desk to the service and cleaning staff I have experienced in 60 years of my travels, for the best value. My family has stayed there, one with dogs, and always return. This was my first opportunity to stay and will be my regular stopping place. Thank you!
